When I pick up Girl Child from school, we usually have a conversation about what kind of things went on during the day. Here’s today’s main event:
Girl: “So, (boy in class) was trying to annoy me today by saying my name over and over and over again.”
Mom: “Yeah? What did you do?”
Girl: “I pretended to turn my hearing aid down. He stopped.”
Me: “You’re not wearing your hearing aid.”
Girl: “I KNOW! HA!”
Got an annoying boy in your class? Turn down your imaginary hearing aid. Done.
